Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items sent back beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Because our items are handmade, each piece is unique. Small variations in colour, stitching, pattern placement, and sizing are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty. If a return is approved for a faulty item, we will provide a prepaid return label.
How to Make a Return
To start a return, please fill out and submit the request form below.
Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange (subject to availability), credit note or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via your preferred contact method.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
Please contact us as soon as possible after purchase or delivery
For online orders, include photos of the issue
Depending on the issue, we will offer:
- A refund
- A replacement
- A repair, where appropriate
We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
Hygiene & Safety
For health and safety reasons, some baby items (such as items worn close to the skin) must be returned unused and in original condition. Returns that do not meet hygiene requirements may be declined.
Repair Policy
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a repair.
We are happy to offer a repair if:
- The item has a manufacturing fault
- The item does not match the description or agreed specifications
- The item is damaged upon arrival
- Construction issues that prevent the item from being used as intended. For example: pram liner strap slots that are too small
In these cases, we will cover all repair and shipping costs.
The following are not considered faults and do not qualify for correction:
- Minor variations in colour, fabric placement, or texture
- Slight size differences that do not affect functionality
- Characteristics inherent to handmade items
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
To request a correction:

- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
- in some circumstances we may ask you to provide clear photos showing the issue
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
